What’s the point of committing a lot of time and money to a PPC campaign if the affiliate site isn’t user friendly? If the site didn’t grab your attention in a few seconds when you clicked on it, then don’t expect your targeted audience to swoon over it either. A lousy landing page means lousy or no sales and is just money wasted. And, if it’s your own site, don’t overload the thing with a whole whack of graphics. The bots ignore graphics because they don’t get them. The bots like keyword rich text to devour.

4. Budget your PPC Campaign

How much are you willing to spend? As most of you probably know, bidding on Key Words can be expensive. The bigger, high end companies pretty much have a lock on the most desirable and obvious KW’s, unless of course what you’re advertising is esoteric or unusual. The cheaper the KW, the more bang you get for the buck. The trick is to ensure that people are actually searching for the KW’s you want to use. The higher the volume of searchers for your Key Words versus the least competition is the most ideal.

5. Finding the right Key Words for every PPC campaign

If you can nail the right combination then your PPC ad campaign is sure to be in the green and highly profitable.

Research is clearly the key to the creation of a successful PPC campaign. There are a lot free tools out there that you can use but they’re really time consuming. The success of your PPC campaign and choice of KW’s is constantly changing so have to be able to get on it quickly.
